• Authorized Crawling: We grant indexing permissions to partners who respect publisher intellectual property and provide transparent attribution. We utilize industry-standard protocols (including robots.txt directives and metadata headers) to manage crawl budgets.
• Machine Learning Restrictions: Our technical specifications and vetting data are proprietary assets. Unauthorized scraping, extraction, or use of Jetset Select’s structured data for the purpose of training commercial AI models without a formal license is strictly prohibited.

3. Data Sovereignty & User Rights

• Global Compliance: We adhere to the GDPR (EU/UK) and the CCPA/CPRA (California). Users have the right to access, correct, or erase their personal data.
